Read the instructions to schedule and confirm the collection of your ice cream chest freezer, as well as to remove the vinyl wrap
Please follow the instructions below to schedule the collection of the Dreyer’s Ice Cream Freezer with 1GNITE’s clients’ stores and confirm that you picked up the units.
As a reminder, it is essential that you remove the vinyl wrap around the freezer before reselling it.
We have included best practices to remove the wrap in as little as 20 minutes.

ICE CREAM CHEST FREEZER REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1.
SCHEDULE THE PICK-UP
1GNITE will email you a list of stores and units you purchased.
Please use the 1GNITE service app to schedule the store units’ pick-up date and time.
Step 2.
RECEIVE A RELEASE FORM
Once the units are paid in full and the pickup dates are rescheduled, you will receive
a release form via email as we ll as via 1GNITE’s service app that includes:
• The pickup date window
• The address of the store
• The list of units you purchased and are authorized to pick up
• The list of units the store is keeping and therefore must remain at the store
Step 3.
CALL THE STORES AHEAD OF YOUR VISIT
The day before your scheduled pick-up:
• Please call the store phone number indicated on the release form to ensure all products are removed from the ice cream chest freezer you are scheduled to pick up.
• Please show the release form to the Store Manager upon arrival
• Please call 1GNITE immediately at 469.430.1298 if the store manager informs you that the unit is not available.
Step 4.
INDICATE THE UNITS ARE REMOVED USING THE APP
Please confirm the pick-up while you are at the store using the link you receive by
email and text the day before your scheduled pick-up.

ICE CREAM CHEST FREEZER VINYL WRAP REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
As a reminder, it is essential that the wrap be removed before reselling the unit.
You may need 20 to 30 minutes to remove the wrap completely. Below are three tools recommended to remove the wrap.
PLASTIC SCRAPER
Use a plastic scraper to go underneath the vinyl wrap and pry it up easily.
HEAT GUN
Use a heat gun to heat the end of the vinyl gradually and make it easy to remove.
ADHESIVE REMOVER
Use a spray bottle of adhesive remover and a wet cloth to remove any residue.
The recommended process to remove the Vinyl wrap includes the following four steps:
STEP 1: LIFT THE WRAP
Slide the plastic scraper under the edge of the vinyl wrap to lift it
STEP 2: HEAT THE VINYL EDGE
Use the heat gun to heat the vinyl edge and soften the adhesive underneath and make it easy to remove the wrapping.
Hold the heat gun over the wrapping about 4-6 inches and move it back and forth so the heat can be distributed evenly.
STEP 3: PEEL THE WRAPPING
As you heat, gently tug at the vinyl edge, and peel up the wrapping slowly.
STEP 4: REMOVE RESIDUE
Once the wrap is removed, you may want to spray some adhesive remover and use a wet cloth to get rid of any leftover glue.
