With more than 20 years of operations, sales and marketing experience, Chris has a passion for operational process improvement and enjoys getting into the details of a challenge. His strength is developing solutions for customers and executing strategies to ensure programs are a success.
Over 20 years of experience in sales. Cole is effective in seeking out, negotiating, and managing regional and national accounts. He has successfully guided several grocery and retail clients to divert over 500 million pounds of waste from the landfill and generated over $75 million in new business.
Over 25 years of progressive sales and management in the solid waste industry. To date has helped structure and implement environmental reduction programs at more than 20,000 client locations.
Shea has 20 years of experience in logistics operations, analysis and improvement. With a vast expertise in optimization software, IoT devices and infrastructure, and engineering in parcel, LTL, FTL, and dedicated services.
Environmental services experts with more than 25 years experience in environmental compliance, operation and sales. Tim was instrumental in successfully implementing complex landfill diversion solutions for global corporations.
Vanessa brings 20 years’ experience in marketing, brand development, new product development, and analytics. She worked the last 16 years in the recycling industry, designing and implementing cohesive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, and increase market share.

Silvia brings more than 10 years’ experience in client services and vendor relations management, Silvia ensures services are completed on time, every time. Over the years, Silvia managed service scheduling, verification, and sustainability tracking for over 9,500 customer locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Lidia is a talented graphic designer who combines insight and imagination to create powerful design-driven solutions that support the brand, connect with a diverse customer set, and enhance the brand experience. Before joining 1GNITE, Lidia designed a full suite of creative content for TI, Keyper Marketing, Texas Woman’s University.
Business Intelligence Analyst
Margaret brings 10+ years’ experience in financial, sales, and operational analytics and reporting. She is motivated by finding new and unique ways to analyze and visualize data to provide business owners with the insights they need to make informed, impactful decisions. With a background in accounting, sales & operational analytics, and project management – digging into the data and getting things done with accuracy and efficiency is her main objective.

1GNITE Solutions, which is part of Scoreboard Ventures, is headquartered on Main Street in Frisco, Texas. We want 1GNITERS to be happy, productive, and creative, so we designed a modern office with expansive spaces, natural lighting, industrial design elements, and insanely fast WIFI.
Large private spaces allow 1GNITERS to focus and concentrate, conference rooms with wall-to-wall white boards and wireless projectors make presentation and collaboration easier while the open spaces and cushy couches promote creativity, collaboration, and communication.
